剧情
莎莫自幼父母离异，因此对于感情的态度与众不同。汤姆和莎莫没有一见钟情，但却在一次酒吧K歌后彼此示好，成了非典型的恋人。而且这段办公室恋情迅速升温，爱火烧得谁都无法预料。最后，在一个餐馆里，莎莫对汤姆说了绝情的分手。深陷情网的汤姆，经受不住失恋的打击，郁郁寡欢，周围的伙伴们希望帮他走出阴影，然而，这并不是故事的全部，本片以汤姆的视角把时间重新组接，让观众在对比中体味500天恋爱的弦外之音……
看点
电影越看越伤感，虽然最后的结局是令人满意的。剧中的男主和女主经历之后，都得到了成长，也懂得了如何去追求自己的爱情及人生。
很久之前看到过这样一句话：
“你不想当任何人的女友，结果你现在成了某人的太太。”
当时觉得这句话挺让人心酸的
后来原来这部电影是原出处
影片中说，没有命中注定，一切都是偶然，但放在全剧的语境看，这话只是为Tom量身订造的旁白，它的目的是塑造另一种宿命论：对于爱情的不期而遇，女人最终会认为是命运，而男人最终会认为是偶然；不管这个女人曾经多么不羁放纵，这个男人曾经多么相信爱情。
